Pricing · simple and transparent

Three prices, agreed in writing.

A free assessment, a one-off setup and a monthly fee for operations. Your AWS usage is billed by AWS, directly to you, and we add nothing to it.

What you pay us

All prices net, plus VAT. After the assessment you receive a fixed quote in writing, before any work starts.

  1. Assessment

    Free

    30 minutes · no obligation

A focused conversation about what you want AI to do, which data it touches and how your cloud is set up. You leave with a concrete recommendation and a clear picture of the costs.

    Included

    • Your use case, your data and your constraints, including the questions your data protection officer is likely to ask.
    • A recommendation: which kinds of open-weight models to test, how to run them and in which AWS EU region.
    • An estimate of your monthly AWS usage for your use case.
    • A fixed quote for setup and operations, in writing.

  2. Setup

    from €4,000

    one-off · fixed quote

Private AI running in your own cloud, on models chosen and tested for your use case, with the paperwork your data protection officer will ask for.

    Included

    • Model selection and testing: from hundreds of open-weight models, we test candidates on your own examples, in German and English, and choose what works best for each task and for your budget.
    • The right way to run them: Amazon Bedrock, the managed AWS model service, or a dedicated GPU instance, whichever fits your use case.
    • Deployed as code in your own cloud, in the EU region you choose, for example Frankfurt.
    • For companies: a private assistant over your internal documents, with your first document sources connected. For software vendors: a private model endpoint that your product calls.
    • You own the keys. Our access is a role in your account that you can revoke at any time.
    • The paperwork: a processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, a separate secrecy agreement, an AI notice for your users, a licence register and input for your data protection impact assessment (DPIA).
    • Handover documentation your own team can work with.
  3. Operations

    from €900

    per month · billed monthly

We keep your setup running, secure and current, and we watch new models for you, so your team does not have to.

    Included

    • Monitoring and security updates for everything we set up.
    • Model upgrades: when a better model appears, we test it on your examples and switch only with your approval. On the dedicated-GPU setup, the model version stays fixed until you approve a change.
    • A regular review of your AWS usage, with concrete suggestions to keep it low.
    • Every access by us is time-limited and logged in your own CloudTrail.
    • The AI notice and the licence register kept up to date when models change.
    • A named person who knows your setup. Support during business hours (CET), with a reply within 2 working days.

Not included

  • AWS usage. AWS bills it to you directly; see below.
  • Work beyond the agreed scope, such as deeper integration into your product or further systems. We quote it separately, at a fixed price.
  • Legal advice. We provide templates and input; the decisions stay with your data protection officer and your legal counsel.

AWS usage

Billed by AWS, directly to you.

Everything runs in your own AWS account, so AWS bills the usage to you: on your own invoice, under your own AWS agreement, including any credits or discounts you already have. It does not pass through us, and we add nothing to it.

In the assessment we estimate it for your use case, so you know what to expect before you decide. Once your setup is running, keeping it low is part of our job.

How we keep it low

  1. The smallest model that does the job well, chosen by testing on your own examples.
  2. The way of running it that suits your usage: pay-per-use on Amazon Bedrock, or a dedicated GPU instance where steady use makes that the better choice.
  3. Nothing running that is not needed: dedicated capacity, for example, can be switched off outside working hours.
  4. A regular review of your AWS bill as part of operations, with concrete suggestions.
  1. What drives the setup price?

The “from” price covers one use case in one AWS account and one EU region. It rises with more use cases or document sources, deeper integration into your product or systems, a wider model comparison, and extra environments such as a separate test setup. After the assessment you get a fixed quote in writing, before any work starts.

  2. Can we cancel?

Yes. Operations is billed month by month, with the notice period set out in your written offer. Everything we have set up stays in your cloud either way.

  3. Who owns what?

You do. The AWS account and everything running in it, your documents, your prompts and answers, the encryption keys and the logs all belong to you, and AWS bills you directly. Your prompts and documents are not sent to any AI model vendor. We hold an access role, which you can revoke at any time.

  4. What if we stop working together?

Everything stays in your cloud. You revoke our access, and the setup keeps running as it is. With the handover documentation, your own team or another provider can take over. If you would rather switch it off, you remove it, and AWS stops billing for it.
